This letterbox is named after a family horse. Horses tread on the trails where this letterbox is hidden. We hope you enjoy the hike. It's about 1.33 miles long (round trip) and a 40 minute walk with kids. You can continue your hike past the letterbox if you want to enjoy more of the trails. If you have knowledge of these trails or a map, you could eventually reach Walden Pond. During mosquito season, you might want to spray a bug repellent.

Take Route 2W to and turn Left onto Sudbury Road. Go about 1/4 of a mile down the road to the first road on your left. This is an access road and is next to a residential driveway. Be sure to turn down the road and not the driveway. The road is not marked so watch carefully so you don't pass it. Park at the open parking area on your left. Walk up the paved road through the trail entrance (posts and chain). You will come to the Robinson Well building. Follow the paved road to the right, downhill. Take a Left onto the path where the paved road ends. Stay on this trail it will eventually narrow. You'll pass two benches made from logs. Continue onward and you'll follow the trail uphill. At the top of the hill, look to your Right and you will see an abandoned chimney. Behind the chimney are fallen trees. Look underneath where the trees cross and you will find the letterbox. It was left by Jankif and kinder. Jankif was the owner of All Nine's, a race horse.
