Location: Lynn Woods Reservation.
Great Woods Road, off of Lynnfield Street, Lynn MA.
For a trail map and more information: http://www.flw.org/maps.html
I strongly suggest printing out a map and bringing it along as it clearly shows where the trail markers are located!

Follow the parking lot all the way to the end. The trail begins to the right of the little brick building at the far end of the parking lot.

Background:

An amazing geological discovery was made recently by a local and seasoned explorer, Siamese. This woman has an uncanny ability to discover amazing images such as bunnies in passing clouds, canines in rotted stumps and now primates in stone! She and her exploration colleague Vickster, who named the landmark, recently embarked on an epic adventure in Lynn Woods when they stumbled on this fascinating find.

Clue:

Follow Ox Pasture Road up and into the woods. Walden Pond will be on your left. After a few minutes you will come to a giant boulder on your right at the intersection with the blue trail (E5-3). Continue walking about 15 steps past the boulder and turn around to get a great angle of the giant monkey head! Now face north and look for the second double trunked tree about 30 steps into the woods. Just in front of this tree tucked under a small rock you will find the box.

Please make sure the small stone is covering the opening after rehiding the box.
