My mother-in-law is a magnificent quilter. She is currently working on a quilt for my daughter. This stamp represents the centerpiece of this quilt.
This box is in the Manhan Meadows Sanctuary, on the Hazel A. Young Trail. Enter the trail from the Brickyard Road Extension side, across from house #69.
Park in the pull off area and head to the sanctuary sign. Take the path up the hill on the right hand side of the sign. At the top of the first hill the trail splits, take the path to the right that follows along overlooking the river. The trail leads down a steep hill, then levels off and is crossed by a large log, all the while following the river on your left.
You will eventually see a large 2-sister tree that leans over the river at a 45 degree angle, then a large tree whose roots are exposed over the river. At this point, the path turns to the right, away from the river. Go forward from this bend & large tree 18 steps along the trail. To your left will be a 3 sister tree. While still facing forward on the trail, stop and turn to the right, so that your back is to the 3 sister tree. Walk 18 steps in the direction you are now facing and you will be at a 2 sister tree. The pouch is 4 feet high in the crux where the 2 trunks of this tree meet.
