This is a scary hunt that begins at a place in Easthampton MA where people suck blood. (Hint: this location is associated with a place called: Cooley Dickinson). From the parking lot of this place look for a white fenced-in area. Behind this area you will see the getaway path. Take a left onto this path. The name of this path is a clue to which vampire I featured, he received his nickname for causing harm on these types of paths.
Walk along for a bit, and on your left you will see a large grouping of the townspeople frozen in fear, but doing their best not to show it. Continue along until the path crosses over a bridge. Notice where the fence along the path ends on the left side. From this end point, travel 13 more steps, passing 4 trees that have turned white from fear. On your left will be a small path down a hill. At the bottom of the hill take a slight right to see a large tree that has fallen in the pond on your left.
What you seek is in the small crypt at the base of the trunk of this tree. Note, the trunk is hollow straight through so please use caution when replacing it so that the box is not visible from the side of the trunk facing the water and muggles who may be boating.
