This box is located on the Far Mill River, RT 110, on the border between Stratford and Shelton, CT. If you're heading South and you pass the Sikorsky's parking, you missed it on the right; if you're heading north and you pass Long Hill Rd , you've passed it on the left. We thank ASF Sports and Outdoor for granting permission to park behind their new building to access the trail. (I wish them success. But, selfishly, I miss Esther's Hacienda which used to stand on the same site. Many happy teenage summer evenings were spent in the parking lot with friends. Thought I heard the jukebox playing through the woods when I hiked to place this box.)

Head to the back left corner of the parking lot, up against the retaining wall. The unmarked trail heads into the woods. Follow it, carefully making your way over the trees that have fallen across the trail.Enjoy all of the old stone foundations that used to support the Mill. The trail will fall away into a ditch on your left. Don't fall in the ditch! Continue straight until you come upon a large section of stone foundation. Waterfalls Twenty-five are to the left, at the end of the foundation. To find the box, continue on the trail to the other side of the stone foundation. You will see a tunnel at its base, formed by a large tree. Crawl a little way into the tunnel on the tree side. Follow along the rock wall: tree, one stone, another stone, smaller flat stone. Waterfalls twenty-five letterbox is underneath the flat stone. The trail continues up the river, but is not clear and crosses private property. better to stay and dangle your feet in the water.
