This box has gone missing or taken I should say. Might replace it in time and put in a new location.
When I first decided to place a letterbox at this site, I thought of here because it is so peaceful and a quiet place to walk. Many people venture into the old Castalia Quarry for strolls. On this particular evening, it was a perfect sight to place my box as it was a rainy, dreary walk. Nobody in their right mind would be out walking in this weather accept me. But, this place always gives me hope and happiness even during a slow down-poor.
Park in the lot on Rt 101 and cross over into the quarry. Follow the Scenic Overlook Trail around to the backside of the Quarry. When you have reached the Scenic Overlook, you’ve reached your destination. Follow the trail up to the overlook. As you approach the base of the overlook there's a wooden fence and to the right a ramp that leads up to the tower. Go around the fence to the underside and cross over to the center. With your back to the ramp which should now be on the opposite side of the rail, walk straight to the opposite end of the tower. On the outside parameter straight ahead should be two pillars with a cross connection. At the base of the pillar on the right you will find Magic’s Secret Corner covered with a few rocks.
