Imagine if ... Alot of old NE sayings begin that way. "Imagine if this becomes a trend". Sounds kind of strange but that's what my family in MD must be saying about this past winter. In two back to back storms, they got 70 inches! Up here in good old MA, we got a whopping 35 inches for the whole season! That's not great, if you're wild about Winter like I am. I like Winter so much that I take a vacation every February in Canada. I don't ski or skate, I just like snow. I hate the humidity of the summer, so Winter can't come soon enough. I guess I'll start to "Imagine if ..." while I'm waiting!
To find your Winter keepsake, go to the Wallace Civic Center on John Fitch Highway. Park on the far side near the new FSC ticket kiosk. Cross the bridge and head up the path until you see the stone wall. Look left for the pull-through mouse hole. The pride of snowy days is waiting under some sticks.
