Take Rt.202 through Granby, either direction, till you come to Kendall St.(near Dickensons farm stand and drive down till you see Dufrense Park on your right.. When you drive in go left into the field and park by the large wooden sign. Take the trail up the hill till it splits and then go left. Continue staight on till the trail gets grassy then look for the trail that turns right under a large oak tree. Walk this trail and it will become rough with roots and start uphill. When it bends to the right look for a small tree that looks like a sling shot about a foot or so above the ground on your left. If you look through the sling shot you will see a fallen ,rotten tree covered in green moss. Hidden behind this tree covered by a pieces of wood is the green box. Our Parks and reservations are our gift to the young and our heritage. Preserve them and keep them clean so we all can enjoy and protect nature.
