Turn on to Stirling St. off of Haverhill St. (Rt. 133). Opposite #35 Stirling St., go up the zig-zag gravel path that leads to a flat area.
Continue on the path between two large stones.
Stay straight ahead (the path splits briefly, but then rejoins itself).
Soon after take the right-hand path (King Fisher Trail) and stay to the right.
A little beyond the stone with a blue arrow on it, take the right-hand fork heading down hill.
As you get to the bottom of the steep section, there is a crossing path, continue straight ahead.
At the far side of an opening in the woods, you come to a place where paths cross. Take the path to the right.
Take 45 steps on the path to the point where it starts to go up a little more steeply.
18 steps in to the right is a short log on its side.
Look behind the log for the letterbox.
