Our 4-H club went and visited Lake Towhee on a beautiful fall day.
Everyone met in the parking lot by the dock
and the kids even played on the playground for a minute or two.
We walked over to the pavilion and made some custom stamps for the kids. so that they can find the other stamps (silver surfer, Dogbert and Last flower) that we knew are in this park.
We decided to go give our friend Dogbert a visit. You know he is hiding off a path right behind us.
So down the rocky/grassy trail we went. Kids, adults and our dog as well, admiring nature and it's natural beauty.
then one of the kids point out on the left hand side of the path, that a yellow dot on a tree is not very natural.
We then noticed after taking 6 paces from this tree a small detour off the path by a pine tree.
but this led to a fence with signs posted that we dare not trespass.
But the rock structure in front of this fence we found to be quite interesting
especially with all the nooks and crevices it can conceal some very interesting 4-leaf clovers.

Maybe with our lucky clover we can find the rest of the stamps in this park! Dogbert here we come!

this stamp is placed by the Hilltown 4-H group. this is our first one and we are looking for a green stamp pad.
