Note: As of 7-27-2010, the Skull and Bones letterbox is out of order due to vandalism. I will replace it with modified directions as soon as possible.

Stand at the Harborlight Montessori Sign and cross the street. From there, proceed left down Essex St. You will pass a white stone on your right. Continue to the Next Generation Childcare sign. 20 steps past the sign, take a right onto the driveway. In the summer, black-eyed susans bloom on your left.

Walk up to the second no-parking sign and look left. Walk down to the dock to enjoy the view of Kelleher’s Pond which was dug in order to harvest pond ice in the early 1900s. Walk back up to the road and continue up the driveway. Keep an eye out for a three-trunked tree next to a small wooden post. In its joint, you will find the first letterbox.

After returning the first letterbox, keep walking down the driveway. Turn left after you see the old boat slip. You will see a big rock on your left. You are now on a path with long grass in the summertime. Keep walking and pass the “million branched tree” on your left. It has many thin branches. Further up the path, the way goes left following the pond. There will be a tan house on your right and a tiny dock on your left. On your right, there will be a very faded “no-trespassing sign”. Have no fear, it is safe to continue. There will be another house on your right. Keep following the path. Follow the path to the left past a dock with a wheel on it. The letterbox is hidden in the multi-trunk pine tree nearest the dock. It is lodged in the second fork up.
