May 2013 - Note: The big tree mentioned below may be a big stump when you get there.

Traveling north on Rt. 63 shortly after crossing into Bethany, look for Old Amity Rd. on the right. (Rt. 63 is Amity Rd.) Old Amity Rd. is a loop that goes back into Rt. 63 further north. In between there is another road but it is blocked off. You can take either of the Old Amity Rd. turns. About where that blocked off road would intersect, you will come to Meyer Rd. to the east. Take it and follow it all the way to the end. (There will be boulders.) The Old Bethany Burying Ground, laid out by Amity Parish in 1755 will be on your left.
Enter the cemetery over the stairs or through the gate. Go to the right past the Sperrys and all the way to Wilhemena. Go left and walk all the way to Elihu Sanford with his back to the rest. Go left to the big tree and 4 steps beyond. Turn right and go to the wall. The daisy is hiding under a small flat rock on top. This should be the only rock you need to move. Please do not take the wall apart.
As always, seal everything up and cover well when you're done.
