Huntsville owes most of its present day prestige and nickname of "Rocket City" to Dr. Wernher von Braun. He, along with many of his fellow German scientists, moved to Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville in 1950 and used their knowledge to build rockets. Today you can visit the US Space & Rocket Center to trace the evolution of humankind's ventures into space, but you don't have to pay to look for this microbox.
Directions:
From I565 in Huntsville, take exit 15 for Madison Pike toward Sparkman Dr/Bob Wallace Ave and follow signs for the US Space and Rocket Center on Tranquility Base. Park at far west end near Bus parking.
Clues:
To the west are 3 light poles with many evergreen bushes behind them. Walk to the center pole and continue 8 steps to the first bush behind it. The microbox is hanging on the back side 1 foot high. Please be discreet and replace as described.
