Driving north on Rt. 10 from Lebanon into Hanover you'll come to a blinking traffic light just after the town line sign. Turn left at the light onto Wyeth Rd. then left onto Chambers Rd. and right onto Faraway Rd. About a tenth of a mile down on the left is Chambers Park
About one tenth of a mile down this road you'll see a trail on the left, park on either side.

Clues:
Enter on a blue and white trail which takes you into an open field. If you walk to your right along the edge of this meadow, you come to a trail opening with a sign (a little way in ) that says "To Memorial Plaque" and part way down a hill the plaque will be on your right, set in rock. At the foot of this hill the trail goes left and remains blue and white blazed. At a trail jct. follow the right arrow down a hill and along the river where you might want to utilize the rope swing (or not). In either event you'll want to by-pass the next right turn, also blue and white blazed (which could become a bit confusing) but you'll be coming back to this point after finding the duck. At this trail jct.count 98 and a half steps, watch for a skinny tree with a blaze on it and going into the woods to it's right will be two V trees, look behind the second.
Be careful not to be seen doing the inky thing and make sure it's out of sight when done.
On the return trip, take the left at the #6 tree, being on the lookout for grasshoppers. Staying straight on the trail should lead you back to the meadow and your car.
Thanks for visiting the duck.
