May 27, 2011 - There is construction up to the guard rail. The box was still there but getting to it required climbing the rail and going through a pricker bush. So, the box has been moved a bit and the clues updated.

From I 84, go north on Buckland Rd. Go up the hill to the Home Depot. At the top, go right along the edge toward the Sports Authority. Follow the guard rail a short way to the fire hydrant. Look in the left end.
