Begin your adventure at William Kane Park/ Lake Redman Jacobus, PA
From N Main Street in Jacobus, find Olp’s Flower Shop. Turn onto Church St.
Approx ½ mile on your left you will see the main entrance to the picnic / boat launch area. Go past the main entrance. Immediately on your left, will be a small gravel pull off.
Park there.
Directly across the street will be a yellow access gate. Upon entering the trail, you will see an old house foundation on your right. Continue downhill. Soon you will cross a wooden bridge. Anyone up for a game of Pooh Sticks? Up..Up..Up sky’s the limit.
Breathing heavy? Need to rest? Soon there will be a rustic bench on your right.
What goes up, must go down..down..down. Pass #5 on your right. At the “T” make the right choice. What is all that noise? “Y” must I make a choice…they will both end up the same place? Are your toes wet yet? You are almost there. Get ready to climb. See the Culvert. Look up & center at the 4 trunk tree. See the SPOR!! TA TA For Now!!!
