This is a Beautiful Site. The hike to the bottom of the falls is rocky, slippery and a tough climb back up. Wear good shoes and Good Luck.

I titled this box "Frozen at the Falls" because this is a beautiful falls any time of the year, but when it is cold and frozen at the bottom, it is magnificent. I hope you can find the box. Please hide back with care, as this box will be clearly visible to any hiker coming down the trail, if not covered really well with the rocks.

In the Fall Creek Falls State Park, follow the signs to "Falls Overlook". Park and walk to the overlook and take it all in!! 285 feet of pure natural beauty. After seeing it from the top, it's time to see it from the bottom. Follow the trail signs to the bottom. You will go about half way down. Just after the wooden hand rail ends. You will be walking down distinct rock steps. Looking straight ahead, you will see a large (8-10 ft tall) boulder stuck in the crack between the huge rock mountain. As you approach the large boulder you will feel the coolness from the large crack behind the boulder. See the smaller rocks (used as steps to climb up beside the boulder) at the bottom left corner. Tucked under the step, under several smaller rocks you will find your frozen treasure *_*
