Hayes Nature Preserve

*EASY hunt

From Hwy 431: the entrance to Hayes Nature Preserve is South of Sutton Rd about 1 mile. Turning East into the preserve follow the road back to the main parking lot.

From the parking lot you will see a cement side walk that leads to a picnic area.

Cross the wood bridge to the picnic area and while following the dirt trail begin looking for a tree with a Gnome-like entrance at the base of the tree. You will pass approximately a combination of 5 benches and picnic tables and the hole will face the Flint River. You will find the Letterbox located inside the Gnome Dome.

Please remember to replace the letterbox well to avoid littering and harm to animals.

Happy hunting!
