First, you may want to print out and find the Massacoe State Forest #3 Letterbox in the State Forest Centennial Series, then start Music Woman's Three Furry Friends.
After you find the second of the Three Furry Friends and are on your way to the third friend, look for the first of two bridges referred to in the Three Furry Friends. Just beyond this first bridge is a very large oak tree almost on the trail on the left. About 3 paces directly behind this oak tree is a 2 trunked oak tree. The Golden Acorns have fallen by the back of this 2 trunked tree. Be sure to hide so this box is not seen from the trail.
Status: OK as of 9/14/03
Have fun & just get out there & box!
