Go to Blue Heron Park in Phoenix, Oregon. Facing the playground, with your back to the parking area, there is a community garden on your right. Walking on the outside of the wooden garden fence, go to the far end of the garden. Turn right, about 6 feet over, next to the fence,under a large triangular, slab rock you should find the letterbox.
