This is not the Blodgett Canyon Overlook trail. You want the Blodgett Creek trailhead, #19. Instead of turning on the road to go there, continue on till you reach the end. This is the campground & parking for the trailhead.
Take one of the 2 paths up the trail. Walk until they combine to one. You should see a brown sign display (currently discussing the clean up for the rock slide) and a visitor log in lock box. Face the direction you came and look towards the side of the creek. You see that small "wall" of rocks? Notice the lone tree at the end of it? There, hidden by a single rock is Frogi's hiding spot.
