Go up Roxy Ann to the second gate. About(?)1000 ft up the road turn right up a narrow dirt trail called, 'Madrone Trail'. (the wooden sign is on a trees, but very small and faint: look carefully!)
Follow this trail up until it forks just before the 'Madrone Picnic Area'.
Just before the fork in the trail ('Oak trail' to the left, 'Madrone Trail' to the right), there are 3 Madrone trees on the left.
At the base of the largest Madrone tree there is a hole where we placed the 'Hidden Hare Box'. It is under a couple of sticks and stones.
Try the entire hike up to the top of Roxy Ann...there are some great views!
THIS BOX IS CURRENTLY MISSING! WE WILL REPAIR OR ARCHIVE SOON.
