Start on grove St. in Putnam. Head towards Grove St. Cemetery and park left of the small white building (cemetery records building) and right of the cemetery. To the left, and behind the building, walk toward Kings Pond. Go past the gate. Continue on the trail until you see a trail on your left. Go up the hill. Bear right. Continue forward up another small hill, and again up another. There should be a stone wall to your left and an embankment to your right. Continue on the trail until you reach a large tree on the left past the fence that looks like a lower case t. Stand on the trail so this tree is directly to the left of you. Look ahead and you should notice a large three sister tree. Walk over to it and the box will be in the center of it.
