A Sweet letterbox LbNA #56683

A Sweet Letterbox is located at the Sweets Knoll Park on Rt. 138 in Dighton. Heading north on Rt.138 you will pass the Dighton police station on your right. Look for arrowhead rd or ln on your right also. The 2nd house on your right after arrowhead will be Sweets Knoll. Heading south on Rt. 138 you will come to a traffic light which will be the intersection of Rt.138 and Center st. Go straight and look for #1359 on your left. Take the driveway after that mailbox! You should see a sign saying Sweets Knoll. Park at the end of the pavement. The trail is on your right and runs down the chain link fence. Continue on the trail through the pines,soon you will see a shed on your left. Keep going straight to the picnic table near the river. Nice spot to admire the view!!! Go left and follow the trail along the tree line. Soon you will come to a hill in front of you. The path goes under some small oaks and bears slight left up the hill along the ridge line. At the top, go over the a wall and left. Soon you will see a granite bench on your left, about 40 feet, another granite bench. Go over the wall between the 2 benches and to your slight right in the wall is A "Sweet" letterbox!! Please rehide carefully! Enjoy! Now you can go back the way you came up or follow the trail down the back side until you come to piles of dirt in front and left of you. Go to the last pile on the left side. You should see the shed you went by earlier. Go to the shed and take a right on the trail back to the parking lot. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
