Update: Fall 2014 I replaced the Silver Direction Disc and the box is still there and in good shape. I have also made the Bench Mark a little easier to find.

Hope you enjoy.

1. Approximately ½ mile north east of Lake Duffy on the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail you will cross a gully with a culvert running under the trail.
2. From here take 23 steps east on the trail.
3. Shot an azimuth of 155° magnetic and walk 19 steps and you will find a bronze Bench Mark imbedded in a large stone outcropping. Take note of the number under the “G169” on the center of the disc.
4. Using a pencil or pen, centered on the Bench Mark with the point on the “T” of “COAST” and the eraser on the “K” of “MARK” on the circumference words on the disc. Follow the “pencil pointer” 25 steps the “Tree of Three”.
5. From the Tree of Three subtract 1712 from the earlier noted Bench Mark number for the azimuth and subtract 1917 from the noted number for the steps to the hidden “Silver Direction Disc” (SDD).
6. Place the SDD on the flat stone used to prop it up in its hiding place. Align the cut out pointer to 340° magnetic . The number “1” pointer arrow now points to the box. Add the two roman numerals on the disc for the number of steps to the box located in a small pile of rocks.
