Start at the Azalea Park located at 203 Azalea Drive, Roswell, GA 30075. Park in the most westerly parking lot. Walk down the Roswell Greenway with the river on your left (west) approximately .64 miles. There will be a historical marker about "The Cherokee Nation" on your left. Read and enjoy learning about this amazing people. Walk 14 paces past the sign and there should be a black cement barrier pole with a white and red stripe on it just to your back. Look to your left down the hill. There are two trees with some poison ivy ropes on them (so be careful). Just to the right of them (when you are looking down the hill) about 18 inches or so is the letterbox container. You are seeking a 50 mm ammobox container. It is secured to the base of the tree closest to it, so it won't float away with flooding. Please seal it back up just as you found it because it is absolutely watertight. This is a geocache/letterbox hybrid, so it will be identified as such on the outside. Thanks for finding it!!! Please trade evenly with the goodies inside. This is placed with permission.
