Highway 101 heading Tworads mulligans, turn down the one way street and head on 'till 145 SE mast avenue, turn left and park your car by the third complex of Lakepointe appartments. Looking around find the green fence hidden away by the buildings, you will then find bushes (not behind the fence!), sneak into the bushes and the book is hidden in a small off-to-the-side "room" covered in pine needles.
