RED-TAILED HAWK PARK LETTERBOX

From E-470 and Smoky Hill Road, head east on Smokey Hill Road. At the intersection of Smoky Hill Road and Aurora Parkway head south (take a right turn). Take Aurora Parkway down the hill passed Arapahoe Road; about a quarter mile passed Arapahoe Road you will see Red-tailed Hawk Park on your right. Turn into the park. Once in the park, head north to the swing set/jungle gym area and park here.
Starting point – Restroom building north/west of the swing set/jungle gym area. From this point, head north-west along the cement path until you see a dirt trail on your right. This trail leads over the cattail marsh on a bridge. Once you get across the bridge, follow the dirt trail to the north, towards the apartment complex. You will see a yellow sewer marker, pole. From this point look for the large fallen cotton wood tree. On the eastern most end of this fallen tree look underneath this tree to find the letter box.
Dogs are welcome in this park as long as they are on a leash.
Please be discreet as possible as this letterbox is in a fairly open area.
When finished, please hide the letterbox under the tree in the same spot you found it and cover the letterbox with the necessary branches to keep it out of site.
