Title: "A Bit Ironic".
Placed 9-21-03 by Salamander.
Location: Lake Alma State Park, near Wellston, Ohio.
Difficulty: Easy.
You will find this letterbox (hopefully!) at Lake Alma State Park. CLUES:
Find the Shady Hollow Picnic Shelter. Stand at the southeast corner
of the concrete apron which surrounds the horseshoe pit. Take a
compass reading of 165 degrees and go 14 paces at that heading to a
tall thin trunked Maple tree. From here, take a reading of 219
degrees. Look in that direction--you should see a 3-trunked tree
which is a little way up the slope on the other side of a small
stream. Go to that tree. You will find the box wedged between the
trunks, under several rocks.
