Box 1 of 2 - Go Green
- Start in Parking Lot D (if Open) of Government Canyon State Park in San Antonio. A, B, or C will work but you have to walk a bit more.
- Get to the start of the Bluff Spurs trail. You will have to enter from the Recharge Trail.
- From the start of the Bluff Spurs trail, at the intersection of the Recharge Trail, walk 56 paces. Stop and look left for a log on the ground. Look inside.
- That was easy, but the next one is tougher.
Box 2 of 2 - Peace Power
- Continue the Bluff Spurs path. It zig zags a bunch as you make your way up the hill. Lots of rocks. It is long, but fun....wear good shoes. No flip flops.
- When the trail hits a T, go right toward Marker 3. Take 30 paces. Stop between two cedar trees one on each side of the path. Go left off the path 8 steps. Look down to the right.
For added fun...check out a Geocache at 29o 33.442, 98o45.637. Clue - "Under the Over". This is a Zoo box...with zoo animals. Please only replace an animal with an animal.
