The City of Pflugerville has set up a little splash park in the Falcon Pointe subdivision, at the intersection of Drifting Meadows Drive and Tranquility Lane. (At the time of this writing, the splash park is down on account of being struck by lightening on a week or so ago.)
Behind the splash park, there is a short segment of hike and bike trail. Perhaps one day it will join up with the rest of the Pflugerville hike and bike network. If you head north on the trail, you will eventually come to a small loop of trail that looks like it is eventually going to be the trail head.
Go to the northernmost part of the loop. Waling on the outer edge, take 26 steps clockwise. Look to the left. I'm not all that good about trees, but I think that there is a juniper tree in over there. Look in the center of the clump of trunks, underneath some bark.
