The Pirate Princess Ruby’s Lost Treasure

So matey, you be wishing to find some treasure, well good luck. You be starting your adventure at the High Point Trailhead on Tiger Mountain. Legend has it The Pirate Princess hide in these mountains for years after her ship, The Red Pearl, ran aground on the Olympic Coast. Her body has never been found… HAHAHAHAHAHA! You be needing to find the Swamp Monster Trail to start your lookin. Follow this trail to its very end. You can read about the adventures of Zoe as ya go. But beware, the trail splits just half way in, stay to the left and following the swamp Trail sign or a terrible fate just might find ya. You will come out of the forest and over a road, but keep heading on and follow the sign as the trail continues for a bit more mates. You will stumble onto another road at the very end of Swamp Monster Trail. Turn left up the steep hill and your rewards lie just over the horizon mates. Head over the flat top and down the raise and stop dead at the bottom of this little hill. Shhhhhh, can ya hear it??? If you be dead silent legend tells you can hear the wind blowing through the sails of Ruby’s lost ship. From this spot, take 70 pirate paces down the left side of the road. Stay on the trail mates, as traps of all deadly sorts have been set on either side of this road, one false step could be your last. Looking down on your 70th step my brave souls you will find the X that marks the spot. Don’t make a move. To safely find the treasure ya must let the ghost of the Ruby know you are at heart a Pirate yourself.

Ya must recite this out load before the treasure will be revealing itself:

Yo ho ho and rubies of red, she sailed the seas or so it’s been said.
So here we be to honor her soul, as the Pirate Princess from the days of old.

Now matey, still facing south on the X, look for two young tree to your left living close to each other with two fallen trees just in front of them. In between these two young trees awaits the treasure. Make sure it is hidden well when ya leave or Ruby’s ghost just might be visiting you one night. HAHAHAHAHA

To return to your vessel me mates, keep on this trail for just a short bit and turn left on the gravel road just a head. Follow this back past the lake to where your journey began.
