Bowie Nature Park

Box #1 Clues:
Start with a picnic at shelter #2.
Then follow the paved path till it comes to a “T”, take a right.
Follow along the path with the pond on your left.
At dead end take the beaten path through the canopy of trees.
Cross paths with Troop 137.
Listen to the frogs crock and the birds chirp as you wrap around the other side of the pond.
In an up rooted tree covered in moss you will find your treasure.
If you cross another bridge you have gone too far.

Box#2 Clues:
Park under the cell tower where you feed the ducks.
Follow Lake Van.
Stop and feed the geese as you look out over the pier.
Stay to the left as you follow Loblolly loop.
Stop and stretch at Exercise Station #2.
Veer off to the right when path splits.
Trek up the steep slop.
Split to the right when you get to the tree in the middle.
Find the tree that looks like it has 11 eyes.
Look for frogs as you cross over the water.
At the “T” take a right.
Stretch again at Station #4.
As you walk along the path look for a smooth flat rock sticking out of the ground on your left, about 2 ½ feet up the slop.
Facing the rock take 8 steps to the right buried under the logs you will find a “leaf” hidden.
