This is a "two-fer" if you are so inclined. We placed these boxes while enroute to a favorite shoreline campsite at "9 mile cove" hence the name.
Between Las Vegas and Laughlin on Hwy 93 is infamous Searchlight. Once in town, take the Cottonwood COve turnoff towards Lake Mohave. About 6 miles down the road is a park service booth. Just past the booth is a pole line road that follows high tension wires. As you drive down the pole line road, the power towers on on the left...except for one. The tower on the right is where you will find the first box. Look at the footing. After you are done, continue down the road until you find the "9 mile cove" turnoff. From the sign, go 9 paces to a small pile of rocks. There it is!
