traveling west on highway 20, twin lakes road conects on both ends, make your way to the western end of the intersection of twin lakes road and highway 20. take a right onto twin lakes road and paek in the public parking area by the physical theropy building.
walk to and across the highway 20 bridge over the river, take the stairs to the left down and walk under the bridge. with the river to your back find the second pillar from the left, you will find the box under rocks and sand.
i asume you can find this even in winter as it is buried saftly under the bridge.
