We named this letterbox after St. Andrew’s Abbey because our family enjoyed attending the annual festival. The Abbey is of historical value, educational and entertaining.
Accessible to everyone.

Take Pearblossom HWY 138; turn on Longview Rd. going south. Turn right to Fort Tejon Rd. (Southeast) then right to North Valyermo Rd. Continue just past the intersection of Pallet Rd. and N. Valyermo Rd. On the right hand side there is a Large Green & White Sign “St. Andrew’s Abbey”. Safely park your car, (It is a very busy street ) walk to the sign and face North with your back to the side of the sign. Cross the street and take a reading of 300 degrees. Look ahead about 150 feet; there is a Guard Rail and Bridge on the right hand side of the road. Walk to the Guard Rail stopping at the 3 Orange Reflector sign. Look to the right, what you seek is at the end of the Metal Bridge Structure beneath some rocks.

Don’t forget to visit the Abbey. The Abbey had this stamp created in 1995 and has since discontinued having the stamps made so……….Please return the stamp to the letterbox where you found it. Thank you and enjoy the day!
