At Laketown, turn south on Main Street at the Sinclair gas station. Turn right on Round Valley Drive (at Henry Earley Park). Turn left at the T in the road, towards West Round Valley Drive. Stay on the main road as it turns to the left. Pass the Old School House. The Round Valley Cemetery will be on the right. Go through the gate. There will be no trespassing signs, but that is for the hunting area, not for the cemetery. Follow the road up the hill until you find the cemetery. Park and enter the cemetery. Find Elizabeth Earley's grave. Remember the day of the month that Elizabeth's husband died. You'll use that number later. Face Elizabeth's headstone, with the flagpole at your back. Notice the fence corner you are facing. Now exit the fenced cemetery and walk to that corner. At the corner, look towards the hills to the east. Use the number you remembered "earleyer" and walk that number of feet on the dirt "path." Turn to your left and look for the pile of rocks behind a bush. Rehide well.
We planted this letterbox in honor of our great-grandmother, Ella Earley, who was from Round Valley. She loved flowers.
