If you like to canoe, kayak, or float down the Kennebec River, then you should put in at the Solon Bridge and make your way to the rock that sticks out and has Petroglyphs on it. If you are not the floating, boating kind, then there is a path that you may use. It's on private property, so be respectful.
The box is on land a few feet from the rock, under a tree that has a hole under it. Good luck!
