This letterbox is located at the top of Pirot’s Hill guarded by an 11.5 meter structure that is the only one of its kind in Saskatchewan. The structure was started in 1989 as a tourist attraction but serves as a guiding light for all boaters on the two lakes it overlooks. As you climb the 158 steps to the top be sure to pause and enjoy the small cacti and other flora that populate this hill during the summer months.
Once at the top follow the edge of the deck to the western most corner were the railing begins. Tucked under that corner on top of the concrete footing is what you seek. It is pressed as far forward behind the support as it can go, so you may need to kneel in front of the deck in order to reach. This is a popular area so it may take some time before you are alone come prepared to take your time.
I used blue and green for the stamp. Please reseal very carefully.
