Jo Allyn Lowe Park (Hwy.75 south and west on Price Road) is dedicated to Jo Allyn Lowe, the beloved founder of Bartlesville Boys Club. This 31 acre public park is home to an arboretum with 341 labeled trees representing 140 species and cultivars, plus 4 acres of native grass. Walkers and joggers enjoy the many paths that surround the lake and wind thru adjacent tallgrass prairie, the only tallgrass prairie in OK located inside city limits. Enjoy the many different species of ducks and geese that populate the park and lake. A handicap accessible fishing pier is located at the south end of the lake.
To fnd Letterbox "Bug Me" #2, park in the west parking lot and enjoy walking the paths east of the pond. Tunnel vision is required to find this letterbox. After passing the 2nd electrical pole on your left, look to the west for a group of three tree trunks, one of which is home to the letterbox.
A stamp pad is NOT available.
