Find the caboose that has lot it's way on 7th Avenue (also WI-69). Go to the stairs on the northwest corner. Is your shoe untied? I think it is. Tie your shoe just to the right of the stairs. While you're down there you might as well look for a small cylinder that is velcroed to the underside of the train. Make sure to reseal the bag, close the cylinder tightly and properly velcro it back in place. Watch for muggles!
