06/05/2012 (Under Construction)
This is the third planting of now 10 year old Dragonboy and the Houle Kid.
Follow Route 69 from Burlington Rte. 4 OR Bristol Rte. 6 to the Session Woods Wildlife Center. Enter the drive and park.
The Forest Meadow Trail is located on the far left side of the building. Follow the path right from the Forest Meadow Trail sign to the green gate and then travel left at the fork in the trail.
Walk approximately 0.2 mile looking for a large pyramid shaped rock on the right just before "Daylighting Rd." educational post. Go behind the rock and find Purbana in the four sister tree.
For the next box, go back to trail and turn right and follow directions below.
11/28/2010 (Under Construction)
This is the first planting by 8 year old Dragonboy.
Proceed on trail until you come to a large rock/boulder on the left and a wooden bench. Also spot a sign for the Eastern Bluebird on the right facing a small field. Watch for a sign for Witch's Broom on the left and walk into the woods toward a 2 sister tree. Spot a rock jumble on the left and and find Donkey Kong letterbox behind one of the rocks.
Go back to gravel path and continue left on the loop. You will find the educational post for Evergreen Cover Planting on the right. Walk to rock wall and head to the right past 2 sister tree until you come to two trees next to the wall together. Just past second tree look for "the monkey" box behind third loose rock up from root.
6/21/13 (Currently Under Constuction)
This is the fourth planting of now 11 year old Dragonboy.
After finding the 3rd letterbox, continue on the trail until you see a sign that says Stone Wall on your left. Walk along the stone wall to find a large boulder on the right. Next look for the nearest big tree on the left. Go to the tree then look at the stone wall. Find Baboon in the stone wall under a big flat rock.
