This Letterbox hybrid is located in the Bluestem Center for the Arts complex; home of Trollwood Performing Arts School. The center is used for classes, meetings, concerts, performances and other gatherings. The center's calender of events is located at http://bluestemcfa.org/cal-events

Pinus resinosa, the Red or Norway Pine, is found in the coniferous forests of northeastern Minnesota. A 120 foot tall Norway Pine in Chippewa National Forest is Minnesota's biggest. We could not find a Norway Pine in the area, but we did find a pair of coniferous evergreens that can help you locate this Letterbox hybrid.

Bluestem has a grassy parking area south of the Marcil Commons. The parking area has rows of trees in it and around it. To find this cache stand on the east side of the western-most of a pair of spruce trees in the south end of the grass lot. At a distance of 271 feet, on a heading of 212°, a tree will be found. In the evening hours this cache rests in the shade of this fine old tree.
