Difficulty: Easy. Children, and dogs on a leash, are no problem. Wheelchairs can get very close to the letterbox, but it's a little out of reach.
Start at the Marsh, and travel north on Nipomo until you find the spookiest place in San Luis Obispo (if you reach Peach, you've gone too far). At the entrance, walk into the light. The letterbox is located on the "Wicked Witch of the West" side. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
