Texarkana Public Library sits in the center of what resembles a 'volcano'. Beginning on the east side of the Library at the top of the steps, turn and face North. Walk north past 4 bushes on your left. After passing 2 trees, you will come to another large green bush on the edge of the 'volcano'. Hidden deep inside the bush you will find Lava Chava. Please enjoy and re-hide out of site. While at the Library, you may want to check out their nice research material on volcanoes.
