This letterbox was a project of our Girl Scout Brownie Troop 38006. They earned a Letterboxing Try It badge.
The location is at the same area as Lady Liberty letterbox by viktorviking (we had fun finding it). Once there go to the farthest swing from the playset. Swing with your back to the shelter and you'll see a large tree with a large canopy. Go to the other side of the tree and there will be a secret room with a tree canopy roof. As you look forward you'll see several short paths. Take the path on the right- there may still be a log on the ground pointing the way. Walk a short distance and you'll be a large saw cut log on the ground (you can even see this down the path from under the large tree if you're not sure which path to take). There will be the letterbox hidden under the edge of the log, covered with bark and sticks. You may contact dsholiton@yahoo.com if you find any problems with this letterbox.
