A lovely short walk, under one mile, on a Madison Land Conservation Trust property.
This letterbox is on the Blinnshed Ridge property. The MLCT website has great maps of all their properties. Park in the overflow parking area of the Country School, at the corner of Opening Hill Road and Blinnshed Road. The trailhead in on the sourth side of Blinnshed Road, 330 feet west of the Blinnshed entrance to the school parking lot. Follow the blue blazes!
Take the blue trail south, passing behind the Country School. Soon you will pass a wooden bench. Shortly, look for an interesting tree/rock combination on your left. The letterbox is snuggled in behind the tree. Explore the trail further when you have time!
