These letterboxes are located at Tory's Den on the blue blazed trail on the Burlington/Bristol line on East Plymouth Rd. We placed them on 10/3/11, in celebration of our 2 year wedding anniversary. We were married in Bristol on 10/3/09.
Park near the metal gate, there's room for a few cars. Follow the blue blazed trail to the left of the metal gate. Keep straight on blue for a while. Eventually on the right there will be 3 skinny trees in front of a small rock wall. There will also be a long metal pipe right after the skinny trees and the rock wall. Walk to the pipe, turn around and walk 6 steps back the way you came and then walk towards the wall. Under a big rock in the wall right in front of you under some leaves and behind a stump will be Box #1 Tie the Knot. Please stamp in and rehide well.
Continue on blue donwhill. Cross a large fallen tree and the path will curve uphill and left. The path will split into the main blue trail and an unmarked trail, continue on blue. The path splits again but you can't see the blue blazes so take the smaller path to your right and eventually you'll see a large tree with an orangey red circle and just past this you'll see the blue blazes again. Continue on blue. You'll come to a blue sign posted on a tree that Says Tunxis .15 miles to Tory's Den. Continue on until you reach the large rock formations. Keep walking until you see a den that you can walk/crawl through. Go through the den (or you can walk completely around the den if you prefer) until you come out on the other side. When you ome out of the den, walk up onto the large flat rock and face the den. To your right will be a 2 sister tree with a hole at its base. Behind that there's a fallen tree. Inside the base of the fallen tree is Box #2 To Have and To Hold. Stamp in and rehide well.
Walk back the way you came for a while. As soon as you come to the bottom of a big hill and see a blue blazed tree on your right, look up to your left for a large rock formation. Walk up towards the rocks to the first big boulder you come to. There's a flat rock behind this boulder leaning against another boulder. Lift up this flat rock to find Box #3 Life is Meant to be Shared. Please stamp in and rehide well.
