This series is planted on the Natural Trail (red and white trail) at Devil's Hopyard.
Stain Boy: park your car in a small parking area for this short trail. When you step out of your vehicle you'll see a large oak to your right. At this large oak take a reading of 040. There will be a 2-3 foot stump on rock ledge. Stain Boy is at this stump's base behind a flat rock. Now start your stroll to the next box.
Sally: As you walk along red and white stay right. We noticed this mini trail splits, on your left there will be a double blue blazed tree ....we're guessing this will be a new trail as it's not on the DEP's map yet. Stay on red and white. As you turn you will see a large rock outcrop. As you're about to go around this rock outcrop notice the large diamond shaped rust colored flat boulder at the base of this rocky area. Sally is under the boulders right hand side with a rock door keeping her safe.
Oogie Boogie: Continue to the wildlife viewing area and enjoy that view. Once you've looked around here leave the shelter and look straight across, there's a large moss covered boulder. Now past that one slightly to the right and further up the hill is another moss covered boulder with a cluster of rocks and tree directly behind them. Go behind that tree and you'll find Oogie Boogie under a rock.
I just love these carves and hope you do too. Sally was carved by Adventure Crafter, Oogie Boogie by Qotu, and Stain Boy by mo of mojo612.
