Maintenance needed …. I will update when completed.

This box was originally: The Cat's Meow....

which disappeared and was eventually archived.

Original Owner: Papa & Bookworm Placement date: July 28, 2005

I love this beautiful cemetery and asked LBNA, if I could replant in the same location. I am using the same clues and must give credit to Papa & Bookworm for their cleverness. Enjoy this old unique cemetery with its wonderful gravestones from the past. For me… the inspiration for the carve, rests atop a beautiful resting place close by. I hope you like it!

Location/City: Evergreen Cemetery, Hopkinton MA

Number of boxes: 1

Original Clues:

From Route 495, take exit 21A. At the dining establishment that bears the name of a precious metal eating utensil, take a left onto a street with the name of a live, shade-bearing tree, it quickly turns to the right. Follow this tree street all the way to the end. Bear left onto a "STREET MADE OF TREES". At 2.3 miles watch for Lake Whitehall on the left. Take first right between stone pillars into Evergreen Cemetery. Park in front of the stone sanctuary. Walk right on the road to the left of the sanctuary. Watch for a stone on the right where a last name could be a first. 180 degrees from that stone walk approximately 20 paces west, between the METEORITE and the STONE OAK SEED. The letterbox is at the base of five cedars.

Enjoy!

POINT OF INTEREST: About halfway into cemetery try to find a gravestone that isn't stone. (Hint...it's an oblique monument, with five metal footmarkers, on the left.)
